Telehealth Visits

Telehealth is an option for our patients.  While we feel live in-person visits are an important part of comprehensive care, telehealth can be a practical alternative.  As such, we reserve a limited number of telehealth visits for our patients.  If you wish a telehealth option, please request when you schedule your appointment.  If you are an existing patient, the most efficient way to schedule a telehealth appointment is through your Patient portal.  For new patients, you can complete the online form and request a telehealth appointment in the comment section.

How Telehealth Works

Schedule an appointment and meet with a Jackson Siegelbaum provider via phone or video call, all from the comfort of your own home or work. It’s quick, easy and confidential.

At your appointment time, you will receive a phone call from our office.  The nurse will review some preliminary information.  You will then receive a text message with a link to begin the Telehealth visit.  Simply tap on the link.  You will then enter a virtual “waiting room.”  Your provider will then initiate the visit.

You do not need to download software or create an account. Just use your smart phone or computer to visit the provided web address that will be sent to you at time and date of your appointment.
