Updated 5/22/2020 Under the latest guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we are now open for in-person visits. We also continue to offer telehealth visits one day per week upon patient request.

How Telehealth Works

Schedule an appointment and meet with a Jackson Siegelbaum provider via phone or video call, all from the comfort of your own home. It’s quick, easy and confidential.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email with a phone number and website address. You do not need to download software or create an account. Just use your smart phone or computer to visit the provided web address a few minutes before your appointment starts.

If you already have a scheduled appointment, please call us at (717) 761-0930 to arrange a telehealth visit. If you need to schedule a new telehealth visit, please call us or schedule via the patient portal using the links below.
