Patient Portal – Frequently Asked Questions

You can download the Healow app from the App Store or Google Play Store. The app is completely free to use!
  • iOS (Apple Devices): Download Healow on iOS
  • Android Devices: Download Healow on Google Play
Yes! You can access our patient portal through any web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. The app is not required.

With the Healow portal and app, you can:

Creating your account is quick and easy!

Go to Create Your Portal Account and enter:
  • Your first and last name (as listed on your patient chart)
  • Your full date of birth
  • Your registered cell phone number

Log into the Healow app or web portal, navigate to the left-hand menu, and open the Messages section.
  • Select Inbox to view messages or compose a new one
  • Explore other options in this section like Refill Requests and Lab Requests
Yes! The Healow app allows integration with the following health tracking apps:
  • Fitbit
  • Apple Health
  • Google Fit
  • DEXCOM
  • iHealth
  • OMRON
  • QARDIO
  • WelchAllyn
  • Withings
To sync a device, open up the left-hand menu and navigate to the Trackers section, then choose Link a Device and follow the prompts. Prefer to manually add your data? You can do that too in the same section!
The Healow portal and app help you to monitor key health data, including:
  • Activity
  • Blood Glucose
  • Blood Pressure
  • BMI
  • Calories
  • Distance
  • Heart Rate
  • Sleep
  • SpO2
  • Steps
  • Temperature
Simply open up the left-hand menu and navigate to the Trackers section, then choose Add Data and follow the prompts. You can also sync a health tracking app on the same screen if you prefer.
Login to the portal or app, open up the left-hand menu, navigate to My Account, select Personal Information, and click Update Info. Need additional help? Send a message in your portal/app! Our phone representatives can also assist if you call us at 717-761-0930.

📍 Note: If your mailing address is different from your street address, please also update your street address under Edit Additional Information.
Log into the portal or app, open the left-hand menu, go to My Account, then select Personal Information and click Update Info.
  • Scroll to the bottom to find the Additional Contacts section.
  • If you’re unable to make your preferred changes, please send a message in your portal/app, or call us at 717-761-0930 and we’ll assist you.
    You can update your pharmacy through the app or portal. Open up the left-hand menu, navigate to My Account and choose Additional Information. Click Update Info to find your pharmacy. If you cannot locate your preferred pharmacy, please send a message in your portal/app, give us a call at 717-761-0930, or let us know at your next visit.
    You can make these updates through the app or portal. Open the left-hand menu, navigate to Questionnaires, then select Surgical and Allergies to update your records. Need additional assistance?
