While there isn’t a direct concept of “gut healthy pies” in the culinary world, there are certainly many types of delicious foods that bake wonderfully into pie-form, and are beneficial for your gut health! These foods can be incorporated into pies or pie-like dishes to create tasty and gut-friendly meals. Here are some of our favorite examples:
